We had a wonderful visit with Chris' family for the Thanksgiving holidays. The best part? Hanging out with our nieces: Ayleiah and Leionna. Ayleiah is 4 and full of questions about the baby. Leionna is talking a lot and developing her personality!
On Thursday morning, I woke up to watch the Macy's parade and was able to watch Chris' grandmother and mom cook the Thanksgiving meal! Check it out!

After we finished eating, most of us took a brief nap. Shortly after the nap, we celebrated Bella Rose with a baby shower!

Of course, the next day Chris and I followed our tradition and went Black Friday shopping. We picked up a glider from Babies R Us at 50% off, our baby bed linens at Baby Depot for 20% off, and a few various tools/clothing items for Chris.
The Bama/Auburn game didn't go as planned. Auburn won...boo! Oh, well...we can always look forward to next year.
On Saturday, Chris' mom took us to a portrait studio to have family photos taken. It was tons of fun! We ended up getting pictures of the two of us, the entire family, and of the girls!
