Decorating our New House for Christmas

At the Trees of Kennesaw Apartments, we prided ourselves as having one of the BEST decorated balconies.  It shown like the Northern Star! However, decorating an entire house is a bit different.  We started with decorating our tree and finished up by decorating the exterior of the house.

The tree decorations went well.  Chris did the placement of the ornaments while I sat down and made sure all the ornaments had hooks! :)  Unfortunately, I didn't get any photos of me decorating the tree (but I'm sure we will reenact this later for a photo op).

My man is STRONG!

Silver and gold with a hint of blue!

Then we took on the task of decorating the outside of the home. We saw that most of our neighbors chose to decorate before Thanksgiving. But Chris was against that. Little did we know that we would end up decorating in 30 degree weather. Next time, the decorations will be up in Oct. if need be!

It was a cold winter night!

I was not happy to be outside!

But I finally got into the Christmas spirit!

Chris let me do the honors of plugging in the lights after we were finished!

Next year it will be even more spectacular! :)
